Hello Everyone, we will be starting the Draw down October 19th. We are hoping to be down by mid November so that everyone can clean up and repair things if need be. I took a ride around the lake today and it seems that most everyone has their boats out or are starting today.

Hi,
We now own 68 Donnelly Rd, with a slice of lake front on Sugden Reservoir.
What is the Association, and should/could we join it?
I notice that the roads down there are private, particularly Oakland Drive and Wildwood Lane. That would be an alternate way to access our land, down near the lake.
How could we gain permission or the legal right to access our land via those roads?
